I can't wait to share my fantastic experience during my first visit on Wednesday evening! As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted by the delightful Delia, a team associate who radiated warmth and friendliness. My friend & I happened to walk in while strolling around the mall saturday night. We ran into Kiel’s employee CHARLIE✨and were exceptionally impressed by her. She was honestly one of the most friendliest and kindest person I have ever met! She did the instant skin reader (which is super cool!) on us both and we were amazed at her professionalism and knowledge! She honestly deserves a raise and to be recognized for going above and beyond! 👏👏

Have used Kiehls for years. Great products. Service at Cerritos has always been wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and help you as an individual based on your needs.
