Not all the staff are knowledgeable / trained and the products are $$$ expensive but they do work very well and live you feeling refreshed and smooth as silk. Monica was in store today and she was very helpful and knew a lot about skin care

Nice store but horrible sale person. The girl working at the counter couldn’t bother to get up from the counter to show me items I was looking for. She had a major attitude problem. She acted like I was inconveniencing her so I left.

Unprofessional service. Mishaps at the register not removing a $100 item, having a body butter scanned twice, and them not scanning a sunscreen product. After the register incompetence, I decided to not purchase what they'd neglected. The girl with red hair was knowledgeable, an exception to this experience. However, I can't give two stars given multiple register issues and delays.
