It was my first time going to Kheils and Kiley and Scott were amazing! They were so sweet and so helpful. I got a skin consultation by Scott who addressed my skin problem areas. I learned so much about my skin and the products that will help. Kiley picked out skin care for me and allowed me to test them. Let me tell you, their Better Screen UV Serum was phenomenal. I am a recently new customer to Kiehl's and along with enjoying all the products I have tried so far the customer service each time I have been to the store has been excellent. Kiley in particular has always been very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. The manager Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Because of them and their welcoming attitudes I will be returning.

Stopped my June 5th to pick up my basics, cucumber cleanser and calendula toner, and also purchased The White Lotus Resort bag. Kiley helped me and was absolutely adorable! She's the best addition to this store. Finally an energetic personality there. Good job hiring her. Now Keep her.
