Had a nice visit at Kiehl’s. Cynthia was polite, easy to talk to, and knew the products well. She answered my questions patiently and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Would go back again.

No one answered phone call. So bad service
Very rude, unprofessional saleswoman at Kiehl's richmond centre. She was on her phone when I walked in the store and did not help me when I asked for assistance. When I asked her a question about a product she just said "no, we don't have that" and proceeded to use her phone again. It seems like she doesn't want any customers bothering her during her work hours. Never going to this store again.
