The staff are extremely friendly and no force to buy. Even online purchase got some issue and made me feel bad, but the in-store help me to solve the problem proactively! I feel the friendliness and kindness. Thanks again for today!
Their product sucks. I used their avocado eye cream and now I have a bunch of 脂肪粒 under my eyes.
I visited Kiehl’s today because I understood that customers receive a birthday gift during their birthday month. My daughter and a friend both received birthday gifts earlier this year, so I expected the same experience. Unfortunately, I was told by the staff member that the policy had changed. Honestly, if i could i wont even give one star to staff at richmond centre location. The staff is unwilling to help does not matter manager or an associate. I visited this location a couple of months ago with my partner and asked if they could check his skin through their 15 minute check thing. The staff told us that we need to book an appointment because they are busy but there was only one other customer and they were staffed with 3 associates standing around and talking to each other, we left the store. Had a nice visit at Kiehl’s. Cynthia was polite, easy to talk to, and knew the products well. She answered my questions patiently and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Would go back again.
