No one answered phone call. So bad service
Very rude, unprofessional saleswoman at Kiehl's richmond centre. She was on her phone when I walked in the store and did not help me when I asked for assistance. When I asked her a question about a product she just said "no, we don't have that" and proceeded to use her phone again. It seems like she doesn't want any customers bothering her during her work hours. Never going to this store again.
Everytime I come to this store, their birthday bundle and samples always include watery eye cream.
I ordered online about 9 products since they’re having their 40% special for members and ordered about 6 or 7 products. I love their products but I am so disappointed with the online service and delivery. When I went to pay with apple pay it took the wrong address and I called them immediately, they said they can’t change the address (i called them before the item even shipped, literally day after in the morning) since it’s policy and they literally have no way of doing it, so they told me to call the courier service they us... read more
I am a customer and have been using your products since 2016, Today I visited kehls store in richmond mall, I just got a terrible service, the saleswoman was very rude to me, I felt very awkward. Please take appropriate measures so that when I visit kehls store in richmond mall again I will not suffer from the rudeness of these people who do not respect customers.
