Honestly, if i could i wont even give one star to staff at richmond centre location. The staff is unwilling to help does not matter manager or an associate. I visited this location a couple of months ago with my partner and asked if they could check his skin through their 15 minute check thing. The staff told us that we need to book an appointment because they are busy but there was only one other customer and they were staffed with 3 associates standing around and talking to each other, we left the store.
