I recently had a horrible experience at this Kiehl's location. I've introduced my Dad to their men's skincare which he loves so I tried to get him a few items for Christmas. When I went to wrap the gift, I noticed the products were opened and dried out. I understand accidents happen, so I went to this location where I purchased the items for an exchange. Kiehl's. Doesn't need an intro! This location is on the first floor of Millennia Mall between Macy's and Victorias secret. They currently have 25% off for Mother's day and a BOGO offers! So hurry! The lady at the counter is very friendly and helpful. She can answer most questions about skin care and is very well versed in the products offered! Time well spent and money well spent! Highly recommend the brand, the products and this store!

Walked in looking for a new facial cleanser and left with $400+ worth of product. I was already planning on purchasing new skin care but wanted to try Kiehls in store to be sure. Myriam was AMAZING!!! She walked me through the store and thoroughly explained the products I was interested in and made my business with Kiehl’s a no brainer. New life long customer!!!
