Had a great experience with Anni. She carefully explained all the products I was looking into, and she took the time to offer and perform a skin analysis for me. Explained the steps of a health skin care routine and even gave me a sample of a hydrating serum to try before committing it the full size.
Came in this store with my aunt to get a gift for my mum. Jill helped us out and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the products and gave us amazing recommendations
Today November 22nd 2025 I visited the Kiehl's store in Yorkdale and I was totally amazed by my interaction with Carmen. She is customer service itself , very knowledgeable, patient and really identified my needs but is also a very nice person. I was very grateful for her assistance and that she took the time. Jill is so knowledgeable, professional and sweet. Recommended the skin barrier serum and my skin is thankful is met her that day. Fast forward to last week Friday she helped me again with moisturizing and darks spot treatment product and I believe her. I’m sure it’ll work. Thank you Jill.
