The staff and manager here are unhelpful. They sell expensive products but do not offer good customer service for their clients. The store manager doesn't seem to care about the business or employees. They also do not honour Kiehl’s policies and have changed them to be less advantageous for customers to their store.
Terrible after sales support for defective item. For the price they charge, they should provide a higher level of service.
Fine if you come to grab and go. Do not expect customer service from the sales associates. Worst experience with Ines. She sold me the wrong product, so i had to go back to exchange. While i have membership with them, she tried to give me a hard time demanding receipt meanwhile, the purchase is registered in the system. Tried to tell me i am not a member, when she was the one who served me last time.
