Fine if you come to grab and go. Do not expect customer service from the sales associates. Worst experience with Ines. She sold me the wrong product, so i had to go back to exchange. While i have membership with them, she tried to give me a hard time demanding receipt meanwhile, the purchase is registered in the system. Tried to tell me i am not a member, when she was the one who served me last time.
Mauvais expérience avec la vendeuse Ines. Elle donne de l’attitude. Ne reviendra pas a cette endroit. A ce prix de produit, je peux aller acheter ailleur.
Très très très très déçu de Kiehl’s Canada! Je ne Mets jamais d'avis négatif mais la le manque de professionnalisme est énorme. Commande de pratiquement de 300$ qui a été livré sans signature et qui n'était pas m porte aucun retour possible, aucun geste , froideur et argent est le point d'honneur. Cliente fidèle qui ne recommande plus du tout cette marque !!
