I love Keihl’s products!! But they gotta stop sending me samples bc every one I try I want to buy tooo!! (Jk don’t stop). Seriously I wasn’t into skincare AT ALL, everything felt greasy, or made me break out, or made me sneeze bc of how scented they were, but then my aunt gave me some samples from kiehl’s and now I’m addicted. Great products! A+. No notes.

The staff and manager here are quite unhelpful. They sell expensive products but do not offer great customer service for their clients. The store manager doesn't seem to care about the business or employees.

Honnêtement le pire service client que j’ai reçu depuis un moment pour la bonne et simple raison qu’il n’y a pas eu de service client. Sur 4 employés présents ce jour là un seul est venu nous annoncer la promotion en cours pour ensuite nous laisser seuls. Nous étions littéralement les deux seuls clients de la boutique, mais les employés étaient trop occupés à discuter entre eux en groupe pour se soucier de nous. La seule chose professionnelle à leur propos est leur blouse blanche, uniforme obligatoire mais qui ne reflète pas... read more
