Love this store and location. They have the only store associates that I actually enjoy. Great experience and great products. The lip balm is the best.
FRUD AlERT…I’ve been using this product for a few years now product good but the customer services is a SCAM and LIERS my daughter orders for Christmas as a gift received one package but did not receive the other … tried calling them Many times they say that they would issue a refund but never do or sent a replacement… she spent over $600 so I have to report them fraud and scammers.. very disappointed
Recommended to me by a friend and decided to go and see what advice and products they could offer. I was immediately met with a smile by Mikayla (store esthetician) who provided me with excellent service and advice without being pushy or trying to sell me everything in the store. Mikayla tailored the products for me and I couldn’t have been happier. Will for sure be returning in the future.
I encountered an extremely rude salesperson at Kiehl's store. Despite my love for Kiehl's products, this salesperson definitely needs training on how to communicate effectively with people. She lacked patience in explaining the product and was very abrupt in her explanations. I hope that someone will provide her with customer service training.
