5 stars for Simone! My daughter and I stopped in not long before closing. Simone was the only associate on a Friday night, her coworker had just left. Simone was so kind and gave 100%. Friday night, close to closing time she could have been hurried or rushed to get us out but she took her time, was exceptionally kind and very helpful. Love this store and location. They have the only store associates that I actually enjoy. Great experience and great products. The lip balm is the best.
FRUD AlERT…I’ve been using this product for a few years now product good but the customer services is a SCAM and LIERS my daughter orders for Christmas as a gift received one package but did not receive the other … tried calling them Many times they say that they would issue a refund but never do or sent a replacement… she spent over $600 so I have to report them fraud and scammers.. very disappointed
