All of the employees were super friendly and helpful but I have to say Nikki is amazing! We did A free skin analysis and she took her time was extremely thorough and explained every ingredient and detail to us I am so impressed I’ve never had this type of experience in any other beauty/skin care store. She also did not pressure us to buy anything and was just educating us on our skin and the different options that would be best 10/10 Would definitely recommend coming here and speaking with an expert
Was so excited to see Kiehl's has a store at Roosevelt Field Mall. I've been a fan of the brand for years and shopped at the NYC store for longer than I care to admit! Can't go wrong with Kiehl's products and the service is always top notch. Nikki and Shykina are wonderful and the whole team really knows their stuff. This store has the kind of environment I wish more stores had. Inviting, comfortable, no rush, and always something new to try!
Kielhs store/service is great. Friendly staff! Roosevelt Mall? Food court is good and also the stores. Environment... a little bit gettho.
Outstanding! BEST skincare experience I've ever had. The people here know WAY more than your average employee. Any other beauty or skincare brand I've shopped with doesn't care about me understanding the ingredients or addressing my personal concerns...or goals, as they call them here!
