great lotions I just recently went into this store for the first time and am now wondering why it took me so long to check it out. Kiehl's has really amazing products, particularly their body lotions. I highly recommend the one with aloe and oatmeal - it makes your skin incredibly soft. This store has a great spot on Newbury so it's really convenient if you live in the city or are just coming in to the city for a day of shopping.
Great Products The shop is elegant & charming. All of the products are on display and available for sampling. The quality of the products is top notch, you get what you pay for. The lip balm comes in a tube that lasts forever and keeps protecting for hours. The sales help is very knowledgeable & although the do ask if they can help you, they really can help you. Tons of samples are available with your purchase, and they will keep you coming back
Super customer service They are very attentive to your beauty needs and are very generous with samples. Their products are a bit expensive but worth it! The store is small but they carry a huge selection of items.
Best store ever! This is the most amazing store, staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful without being pushy. Products speak for themselves, best skincare products I have found. The store in Philly is cute, one complaint would be that it is too tiny! They are great about giving out samples, you can try anything out before buying it.
pack your elbows... ... you'll need them. I know this place is world famous and all, but the two times I've been dragged in there it was populated by some of the most high pitched, space-invading women I've ever shared oxygen with. It was crazy busy, the sales staff did what they could to keep up with the calls for samples, but I recommend calling to find out when the crowds are low and stopping by then.
Friendly staff, excellent products I love Kiehl's products. The few (small-sized) ones I buy give me the small dose of luxury that I think every broke twentysomething needs. But I must admit, I was intimidated the first time I went into the Kiehl's store in Highland Park Village. I don't exactly "fit in" with their normal clientele. Alot of samples I love there mositurez. There hair care products are also fantastic. They give you samples of just about anything. The prices are great and the sales associate are very friendly.
The epitome of style Kiehl's brings service to a new level. The clerks wait on you hand and foot inside the store, and will even wrap up your order in potpourri! You can try anything you want, and they are very generous with samples. That's why I love Kiehl's. However, the prices are quite a bit more than what you would pay in a drugstore.
