I’ve been a loyal customer of Kiehl’s for years, but my recent experiences at the store have been incredibly disappointing since Linh became the manager. The atmosphere in the store has completely changed, and not for the better. It’s become clear that under Linh’s management, the staff is visibly uncomfortable and on edge. I came in to buy my usual moisturizer at the Body Store across the hall but nobody was there to assist me. Jing, from Kiel's came to help and she was wonderful! She offered us several nice samples and went above and beyond in the customer service department! Well done!

I visited the store multiple times asking for when a product would be back in stock. I was advised that the HQ is out of stock. There is a gentleman, did not catch his name (tall, slim, white hair, Caucasian). He was so kind. As I was leaving the Bay after going to a different department, he saw that I was leaving and gave me a deluxe sample of the product. That was excellent customer service!
