What has happened to this company. I made an online order in August for the 3 for 2 promotion. I kept emailing asking for status update on the order, and still after 7 weeks received nothing, despite emailing 6 times. Eventually they cancelled my order and didn't give me my money back. They said the stock wasn't available, which is a lie, because its still available online and you can order it. Came on 30/8/2025 for my regular stock up, after purchasing i just ran away due to weird smell from the store.

It was my first time visiting Kiehl’s in the QVB, and I wasn’t sure what to get for my very dry skin. Bruna was super helpful — she came over straight away, explained everything clearly, and really knew what she was talking about. She even gave me some great samples to try. Thanks to her, it was a really good experience and I’ll definitely be back.
