I had such a lovely experience at the Kiehl’s store in QVB Sydney! The customer service was outstanding. Eric and Monica were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Eric even offered me a complimentary skin check and took the time to explain how it works, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush and couldn’t do it today, but I will definitely come back soon to have it done. I visited Kiels on passing to Townhall Station. I am impressed with the hand cream and anti aging products. I have been using natural products most of my life. I Also love Carthusia from Italy.
