Dang! Today’s service felt like a fairytale. Handsome staff member, Eric Ed, Cedric VOIX were absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and when what I wanted was unavailable, he provided a great range of alternatives & thoughtful advice. He also offered me complimentary samples & throughout the experience he was incredibly friendly & polite. The manager Shelly is cute and super friendly too. Definitely coming back to this store again!Cheers 🥂

I had such a lovely experience at the Kiehl’s store in QVB Sydney! The customer service was outstanding. Eric and Monica were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Eric even offered me a complimentary skin check and took the time to explain how it works, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush and couldn’t do it today, but I will definitely come back soon to have it done.
