The store is closed now (would be nice to know it before the trip)
I went today at 4:35 in the afternoon. The saleswomen told me that they were closed and that I should buy something at Meyer, as a customer, very dissatisfied, this is the second time this has happened in this branch, especially since the website says that it closes at 6 and ko at 4 in the afternoon .
so disappointed with my experience today, I bought my skincare as usual and I didn't received any example, I had to ask for one, when normally they give you straight away , I miss Mona
Have been to several Kiehls stores around the world and this is the only one with horrible rude staff. I am usually blown away by the customer service in Kiehls stores, bondi being a huge exception
