Carrie helped me. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She’s absolutely the best. The store has great product. Make sure you stop there when you’re at Hudson yards.

A cook and unique more MODERN kiehls store. No brown wood, instead bright blue walls. No Mr bones skeleton or motorcycle. Staff still wear lab coats, but the store is much smaller with more organized shelves. A fun middle table with testers.

Beware! They sold us a spoilt product. I have been using Kiehl’s product for over two years and this time I decided to have my husband try Kiehl’s men age defender set. We payed a whopping 65$ for a tiny box of eye cream and moisturizer. ***Eye cream was basically a dehydrated blob of clay***The worst part is I bought this when I visited NYC during the holidays. It would cost me more to go and return this than the actual product in itself. So so disappointing.

We had such a great experience with Michelle at Kiehl's! She took the time to give us a really thoughtful analysis of our skin and her recommendations felt spot-on and practical. She didn’t just push products she genuinely cared about finding solutions that worked for us. It was clear she really knew her stuff, and we left feeling like we finally had a skincare plan that made sense. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for real guidance and expertise!
