Had a similar experience to another reviewer where I was told there were no samples. I bought the product after looking up the return policy online. When I didn’t work for me, and I attempted to return it, I was told that it was not returnable (in the fine print on the receipt that I missed) and that I should have gotten a sample instead. She then showed me their stash of samples. I informed her that her colleague said they didn’t have any two days prior. Don’t recommend.

I cannot get ahold of anyone there via phone. I’ve called 5-6 times.

Great customer service! Argelia was so kind and very knowledgeable on all the products! I could have talked to her all day about skin products! Keep up the good work!

Horrible customer service. The sales girl was on her cell phone the entire time and could not even put her phone down to answer my questions. I asked for samples, (Kiehl’s is know for their samples) and she couldn’t even bother to look for any. She kept saying “we dont have none” She had an attitude the entire time. I still bought the products because I needed them but I will not be returning
