I had been to this Kiehl’s store a while ago and was looking for a cleanser and some other skin care products. The person who assisted me, Sarah, was friendly, approachable and very professional. She recommended some products to me and after trying them at home, I was very satisfied with the products that she recommended to me.

One of the worst experiences the customer service lady was very rude and not kind I when to pick up my birthday gift she say that my account was disabled. She did not help at all and I Will never come back or purchase any of their products even in Sephora.

Kiehl's used to be my go to! I have been shopping there for years. However the Robson st location has truly changed. The service isn't good, some of the staff are curt. But what is a real disappointment is everything you purchase forget having any samples. I have spent a lot of money, and don't get samples anymore. They always are out or waiting on something . I would like to add that now I am told even if you are a regular customer you can no longer get a sample to try without a purchase. I called head office, and was told ... read more

I booked an in store consultation with a skincare expert, I forgot her name, but it may have been Khanh (?)...but she was incredibly kind and super patient. She was very thorough while explaining my skin texture and irritants. And helped me with reccomendations for affordable and actually effective products. I highly recommend talking to her!!!
