Amazing Products! I love their eye creams their face farmers even there sunscreen. I must have every product. Customer service was excellent. The people there are so sweet. They not all looking to try to grab you for commission. They’re just trying to help you and had fun doing it. Can’t wait to go back.
I had a wonderful experience at Kiehl’s, and it was all thanks to Daniel! From the moment I walked in, he was so warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. If you’re looking for great advice and excellent service, Daniel is the person to see at Kiehl’s.
Had a bad experience as a minority. Employees only greeted white customers upon entering and wouldn’t assist me. Will not be coming back and will stick to purchasing Kiehl’s products at Macy’s or Sephora.
