Very disappointing experience with Kiehl’s. My order arrived incomplete, and the items I did receive were in terrible condition. The boxes were damaged and the products looked unsanitary and poorly handled. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, but instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I would need to spend my own money and time to drop off the return. Highly recommend working with Sam on your skincare needs. Sam was very kind, attending, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I was exactly looking for.
Amazing Products! I love their eye creams their face farmers even there sunscreen. I must have every product. Customer service was excellent. The people there are so sweet. They not all looking to try to grab you for commission. They’re just trying to help you and had fun doing it. Can’t wait to go back.
