Very disappointing experience with Kiehl’s. My order arrived incomplete, and the items I did receive were in terrible condition. The boxes were damaged and the products looked unsanitary and poorly handled. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, but instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I would need to spend my own money and time to drop off the return. Alyssia was so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for my turmeric mask but she helped me get some additional product when i told her my concerns. Thank you Alyssia for being patient and amazing. Ll return soon

Amazing Products! I love their eye creams their face farmers even there sunscreen. I must have every product. Customer service was excellent. The people there are so sweet. They not all looking to try to grab you for commission. They’re just trying to help you and had fun doing it. Can’t wait to go back.
