Had a bad experience as a minority. Employees only greeted white customers upon entering and wouldn’t assist me. Will not be coming back and will stick to purchasing Kiehl’s products at Macy’s or Sephora.

I had an exceptional experience at Kiehl's thanks to Daniel and Sam! They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect cream and serum for my face. Their knowledge about the products was impressive, and they took the time to understand my skincare needs. Very kind and patient, making the entire process enjoyable.

I went to the store today, my experience with the staff was extremely bad. She was very rude to me when i told her my account has been debited twice. She asked me to leave the store. A brand like kiehl’s should train their staffs to handle customers or else you will keep losing customers! The lady who spoke to me is not fit to be in service industry with such a bad attitude!
