I loved shopping at Kiehl’s especially on the weekend. I can enjoy trying different skincare products. They also like to surprise us with partnership drinks and snacks. I realized enjoy the experience.

What an absolutely disgusting customer care. Ordered a perfume on line. Kiehl uses a sub par courier just to save their cost. The courier simply left the package at the door in plain sight of passer byes without ringing the door bell or obtaining the signature. The fact is I never received the order because of Kiehl's cost cutting. It is due to such sub standard level of service that Kiehl only has a tiny slice of Canadian cosmetic market as compared to stores like Sephora. Kiehl refuses to refund me. Sophie was excellent and very approachable. Her customer service was top notch. She was very fast and prompt with the service I requested. I highly recommend her.

Brought in a return today (online purchase), and was told by both the only 2 staff members that neither of them knew how to process returns. She said a manager would be in in 2 hours if I wanted to come back. Company policy states online returns can be taken in to any Kiehls location, yet they are not teaching their staff how to process them? What a decline in service at this location.
