I love coming in here to shop. Francisco is very helpful and always recommends the best products for me to use. It's exciting to come in and learn about what's coming out.

Today was my first experience with Kiehl’s products and I couldn’t have left more satisfied. As soon as I walked in, Norma greeted my boyfriend and I with a smile and offered her help. Norma did a skin test on us both to show us products that cater to our needs and was very knowledgeable in everything she recommended. We both left with a complete skin routine and will be returning to this location in hopes to be greeted by Norma again :)

I've ordered products over the phone from Khiels in Victoria Gardens. Frank has always been extremely helpful! He is super nice, friendly and provides Excellent customer service !. I receive my products the very next day after ordering tem. All my items arrived expeditiously and well packed. Thanks Frank for the ;Excellent Customer Service!
