Amanda, Michelle and Sally were great help today! Very welcoming, friendly, easy to talk to. When I asked about specific products these ladies had quick answers; they also made me feel cared for as a customer in doing so. Genuinely positive staff that gave me a worth remembering experience, Kiehl’s will receive me as a customer again! Thank you for such attentive service ladies!

This is an amazing location to shop for your needs. Their staffs are knowledgeable to answer your questions. I had no issues with exchanges or returns at this location as long as you have the *proof of purchase* and it’s within their 28days guarantee policy, even the products were used. No questions asked.

My husband and I came into Kiehl’s at Chinook not knowing much about the brand, but the team made us feel so welcomed. It was a very slow day and I had questions about my eczema, and they took the time to do a skin analysis which showed my skin was extremely dehydrated with a weakened skin barrier. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through products while demoing them directly on my skin. Very sorry to write this, but they have terrible customer service. The Super Multi-Corrective Cream gave me such a severe burning contact dermatitis that I’ve been battling for over a week now. When I contacted them, they said they couldn’t do anything about it — no refund, no support, nothing. Their products are not “clean” and certainly not dermatology-tested for sensitive skin. My friend and I entered here on a whim when we noticed that they do a skin analysis. Even though we walked in without an appointment, Bianca was able to accommodate both of us for the analysis! She was very professional, kind, and patient going through the analysis and explaining everything along the way.
