Start with the body lotion. Trust me. It’s rich, absorbs beautifully, and made my skin look and feel healthier within days. Yes, Kiehl’s is on the pricier side — but if you catch their sales and recycle your empties, the value is absolutely worth it. My skin has genuinely never looked this revitalized. The staff always helps me choose exactly what I need, and every product has done what it promises. Highly recommend if you’re ready to invest in real results.

I don’t have a good experience with this is store for second time. They had an event with bonus gifts , for first 25 people in the store. I was there and I had my purchase, but they tried not to give the gift. I was surprise why they were advertising something that they won’t keep your promise. I drove there for 30 minutes. They asked me go come back here again, after 4 PM which it wasn’t in the advertise.

Disappointed in kiehls I bought their spf 30 moisturizer as the moisturizer I used to use with spf no longer exists. Unfortunately I had a very bad reaction to it. I tried to return it in store (i had bought 2, one was unopened) and although I have an account with kiehls I no longer had the reciept and they wouldn't let me return it, even for an in store credit.
