I don’t have a good experience with this is store for second time. They had an event with bonus gifts , for first 25 people in the store. I was there and I had my purchase, but they tried not to give the gift. I was surprise why they were advertising something that they won’t keep your promise. I drove there for 30 minutes. They asked me go come back here again, after 4 PM which it wasn’t in the advertise.

Disappointed in kiehls I bought their spf 30 moisturizer as the moisturizer I used to use with spf no longer exists. Unfortunately I had a very bad reaction to it. I tried to return it in store (i had bought 2, one was unopened) and although I have an account with kiehls I no longer had the reciept and they wouldn't let me return it, even for an in store credit. 12:30 noon on Sunday Feb 2nd. I’ve been a long term Keihls customer for years and I decided I wanted to add to my Keihls skincare collection and I asked if I was able to test the recovery serum. There were two women working today. One older Oriental lady and one younger Caucasian girl.
