Went in recently to recycle A LOT of empty containers, because Kiehl's has an awesome rewards program. The associate that helped me (Cami? She had lavender hair) was super friendly and accommodating.
Just came here and had a wonderful experience with London and the staff! I came in with a bunch of questions regarding how to address sensitive skin and face cleaning, and all my questions and needs were perfectly met! Thanks!
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I really like the new store. Melissa even helped me retrieve an old gift card! Great service.
