I had a good experience with Niesha at the Kiehl’s Palm Springs store. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 26 years, well before L’Oréal took over. I came in because my face moisturizer jar’s cap was cracked and I was hoping for a replacement cap. I didn’t realize it melted into a liquid from the desert heat while in my car. I followed her instructions to refrigerate it for a couple of days, but when it returned to normal temperature, the texture wasn’t the same. My wife and I stopped by to restock some Kiehl's goodies and had an amazing experience with the staff. Isabel was extremely helpful and even introduced us to some of their new products. Will definitely be back! Great selection of products and a great location in downtown Palm Springs.
The review is not on Kiehl’s products as they’re excellent however it is on the customer service of this store. There were a total of four associates working when I entered. One associate was told by another to at least acknowledge me and when she finally did she was more interested on giving me a skin analysis. When I grabbed what I needed they could not pull up my membership information as the point of sales device wasn’t working.
