We had such a wonderful experience!! Matthew at the Kiehl's Palm Springs downtown location was a sweetheart and super helpful. We ended up with several recommendations after taking the UV damage skin test. It took me a few days to get to this review because I wanted to make sure it had my full attention and time, as it very so much deserves ! I honestly don’t have words to express my gratitude to the employees and this company for having the right kind of staffing and team! this past weekend my family and I where doing some pre Mother’s Day shopping in down town Palm Springs and my little sister lost my wallet! Tanya was outstanding !! Her customer service was amazing and so helpful and helped me scan my face with the skin analysis and helped me pick every single product that I needed for my face based off my results and it was worth the purchase as well as the free goodies. I appreciate her so much as I’m a huge advocate of great skin!! If you come to Palm Springs please stop by and see Tanya and Niesha! They are professional and so knowledgeable and you won’t be disappointed
