My confirmed Kiehl’s order (KIE02258861) placed during a 30% sitewide promotion was cancelled without notice. I received no cancellation email and was then offered only 15% off — more than $100 higher than my original paid total. Customer service called that their ‘final resolution.’ Disappointing handling from an iconic brand.
I went today to take a look at the creams they have. Robin attended me at first, and he did an skin check for me and my partner. He was super attentive, looked into every detail and was awesome recommending products for our skin type. He should have a raise! Amazing service from him. Hope to see him again soon!
Robin was lovely and really helpful, he gave us such a great service and a personalized plan for our skin types. It’s always really nice to meet people like him.
