June 19. 830pm. Went twice in the store. Both times the employee was just having a causal conversation with the sane customer. This was over a 30 min span. No acknowledgement, no hi, no thing. Will not be shopping here again.
May 21, 2026 - Kiehl's Guildford Mall - Worst customer service I've experienced. The female employee was more interested in scrolling through social media and chatting with her friend, than helping customers. Waited for her to finish her conversation with her "friend" before throwing a question and she was annoyed. She refused a simple skin analysis, wouldn't assist with product questions, and made us feel unwelcome. We left the store and purchased the product from Sephora instead. horrible customer service here.. the products themselves are awesome !! but i've had multiple bad experiences... don't think i'll ever trust the in-store experience unfortunately :/ for the price point it's definitely disappointing to say the least : (
I came here a couple weeks ago Saturday evening and the teenage girl working at the till was incredibly rude. I got my product and was ready to check out everything was fine until then. She rolled her eyes at me and was giving me dirty looks. If she hates her job just quit lol no need to look so dead and miserable. Pls change yr staff.
The store staff tried to help but couldn’t. The official website didn’t pass my review because of the moderator, so sharing it here. Interested to purchase multiple gift sets, but the "check in store availability" feature on the website is useless as the items are not available in displayed stores (this store and Richmond location) which I checked by visiting one location and calling the other. The products in the set are amazing; however, the customer experience would be significantly better if the stock is updated accurate... read more
