Visited the Kiehl's guildford and had a really good experience with mandeep. I tried the free in-clinic skin consultation for the first time and surprisingly was happy with my skin and the results. Looking forward to more such experiences!!

I went with my sister to get anti-age eye cream and we didn’t use on Sunday Nov 3, 2024 but we did open on Monday and the product was 25% less amount in 1 as we both have purchased 2, 1 for each and was such a bad texture like dry rubber . My sister went to the mall on Tuesday and did talk to the staff and the manager and they instead of rectification she asked to take more products for more than $200 than they will give a gift card and denied to return anything. I purchased Kiehls Super corrective anti-aging eye cream (COST $75.00) on 3-Nov from Guildford Mall – Surrey B.C, when we opened the cream it was super dry and the quantity was half as if because of the bad packaging the product got dried out (I have a picture of the same with the barcode on it.
