The store staff tried to help but couldn’t. The official website didn’t pass my review because of the moderator, so sharing it here. Interested to purchase multiple gift sets, but the "check in store availability" feature on the website is useless as the items are not available in displayed stores (this store and Richmond location) which I checked by visiting one location and calling the other. Did work over a year ago and they refuse to pay their invoice. They acknowledge it but just wont pay it. Dont support companies that treat small businesses like this.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kiehl’s store in Guildford. The most unbelievable part was that the staff didn’t even seem to know how to process a simple return — can you imagine? The whole interaction felt extremely unprofessional and honestly quite frustrating. I left feeling completely stressed and unheard. Customers should be careful when visiting this location because the service is nowhere near what you would expect from a brand like Kiehl’s. 🤮🤮🤮

I’d give a zero star if I could. I’ve been a customer with kiehls for 20 years and the way that older lady behaved, who I’m assuming is the manager was so disgusting. I spent $300 that day and there was a young girl helping me. I had a bunch of product in my hand that I was planning on purchasing. The manager out of no where gets between me and the sales staff really loud in my face says can I help you?
