Did work over a year ago and they refuse to pay their invoice. They acknowledge it but just wont pay it. Dont support companies that treat small businesses like this.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kiehl’s store in Guildford. The most unbelievable part was that the staff didn’t even seem to know how to process a simple return — can you imagine? The whole interaction felt extremely unprofessional and honestly quite frustrating. I left feeling completely stressed and unheard. Customers should be careful when visiting this location because the service is nowhere near what you would expect from a brand like Kiehl’s. 🤮🤮🤮

I’d give a zero star if I could. I’ve been a customer with kiehls for 20 years and the way that older lady behaved, who I’m assuming is the manager was so disgusting. I spent $300 that day and there was a young girl helping me. I had a bunch of product in my hand that I was planning on purchasing. The manager out of no where gets between me and the sales staff really loud in my face says can I help you? The fastest way to lose both your storefront and your customers is to have an arrogant and condescending manager (Sept 12, 2025) who refuses to accept her lack of knowledge and mistakes. I witnessed such an interaction today. At the end of the day, a product is only as strong as the customer service behind it.
