Great experience getting my consultation!
I’m a regular customer at Kiehl’s at Rideau Centre, but unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience today (Monday, March 9 around 3:35 PM). I came in to buy the Ultra Facial Cream and wanted to do a facial test scan. While I was there, two associates started laughing at me which was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a loyal customer, this was very disappointing and unpleasant. Love that they have all the products but the staff today at Jan 2,2026 doesn’t even care what we’re trying to select nor tried to help us. We even have to ask them to go to the counter so we can pay….
Solid products for the whole body. Been a fan of the facial fuel scrub and wash for years. Got to try a new free skin analysis with Hope a while back and it was very informative. All the staff there know their stuff, but this sales associate explained what everything meant really clearly. Got some points too so that’s a nice perk. Great place to learn more without the hustle bustle
