The Kiehl’s WTC location is top-tier! Huge shoutout to Kathy, Mila, and Haydee for always going above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. Their knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
Attendants were looking at themselves in the mirror and on their phone (2 people respectively) when we had questions. Had to ask for their attention 2 times with a question about a product. Then they couldn’t answer our question about if they sell a certain product (it was not in store so we asked if it could be found online, as we didn’t previously see it online and asked them to verify it’s still being sold).
