My Friend And I dropped by this store, the elderly sales lady was disparaging and kinda xenophobe towards us cause we were wearing hijabs and abayas. We tried some testers and we were like nevermind and we moved out of the store. We were at some another store and that lady showed up with security people saying we might have tried to snaffle stuff while we were at her store. We said we were just trying on testers and right away she be like okay you are good to go. Clearly inadmissible conduct for such eminent business.

I visited this location yesterday and was most impressed by the sales associate named Yulia, who was exceptional with her knowledge on all the products, very friendly and professional! Please ensure she gets recognized amongst her peers for an exceptional client experience!!

I made a special trip to this Kiehl’s location because it had some of the highest ratings in the GTA. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. I was expecting a pleasant shopping trip — instead, I left feeling frustrated and upset. The staff member, Janine, was shockingly arrogant and condescending. Although the actual service steps were fine, her attitude was dismissive and made me feel very unwelcome. A little torn about the experience. The staff member I spoke to carried out a quick skin test and was able to explain the results, but I felt like she was disinterested when I asked what items they have that would be good alternatives to the Kiehl’s and other products that I use.
