Very poor customer service. I went to the store to return an online purchase, but the staff refused to accept it, claiming it was a final sale item. The product was completely sealed and unopened. After contacting customer service, I was informed that stores are supposed to accept returns no matter if they are final sale or not. I had a really pleasant experience at Kiehl's today!! Lan gave me a comprehensive skin consultation, she is very professional and also attentive in her introduction. Anyway the whole process is pretty comfortable and no aggressive push for buying any products. Worth a try for the products and I believe I will come back :)
Great experience at this location! Even though it was after 6 PM, the staff was incredibly welcoming and performed a Derma Reader analysis for me without an appointment. My consultant, Yuliia, was fantastic - she showed me how the products work with a quick skin test that provided immediate hydration. I left with some samples to try and will definitely be back to buy the full-sized versions!
