⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Kiehl’s! I was looking for a good face cream, and Sabrina was extremely helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed, recommended the right product for me, and even helped me save money instead of spending more than necessary. I really appreciated her honesty and excellent customer service. Thank you, Sabrina, for making my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
Very poor customer service. I went to the store to return an online purchase, but the staff refused to accept it, claiming it was a final sale item. The product was completely sealed and unopened. After contacting customer service, I was informed that stores are supposed to accept returns no matter if they are final sale or not.
