Great experience at this location! Even though it was after 6 PM, the staff was incredibly welcoming and performed a Derma Reader analysis for me without an appointment. My consultant, Yuliia, was fantastic - she showed me how the products work with a quick skin test that provided immediate hydration. I left with some samples to try and will definitely be back to buy the full-sized versions!
Had such a great experience at Kiehl’s Sherway Gardens! The girls working there are absolutely amazing — super kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They really take their time to explain each product and recommend what suits your skin best without being pushy. I ended up getting the Creme de Corps body lotion, and I’m obsessed! It’s rich, nourishing, and makes my skin feel incredibly soft. You can really tell the difference after just a few uses.
