Great service. Sales people know their products well and offered some advice and other products to help with my skin sensitivity. Love the products for my skin.
Depressing that the service went down. Came to pick up my mother’s birthday gift for her as she was out of town, but was refused and was told that she has to come in-person. August is ending, so she won’t be able to avail it now. I did this for her last year and the asian lady that did it for my mother last year was completely fine with it. Avoid the blonde lady at all costs.
Last week, I visited Kiehl’s at Sherway and purchased a clay mask, and the staff member Lan was absolutely wonderful. She helped me a lot during my visit to Kiehl’s, and her product knowledge was very helpful. She made my experience that day truly amazing. I highly recommend her.

Worst place to visit as my friend and I visit today and we are looking sample the employe working there who is over 50 who is saying that we are about to steal the product we use the tester and we went out and the lady call the security and complaining about us that we are above to steal the product I think she is bit crazy if she had issue with us she can stop us there but not when we leave the store she called the security and we say’s to security that we just used the tester we haven’t done anything but we careful guys sp... read more
