I visited this store at Metrotown last Friday afternoon. It was quite quiet, and I was the only customer there with my younger child. I ended up purchasing a few small items totaling just over $100. While my overall experience was fine, I felt the customer service could have been more attentive. I was there today and did a skin analysis. The staff were really professional and kind overall very friendly, but Lindsey (I hope I’m spelling her name right) especially helped me understand my concerns and find solutions. I also bought a barrier stick and got a few samples. I feel like I know so much more about my skin now, and I finally understand it properly 😭 It was an amazing experience, 10/10. I don’t know how my skin reacts to products but either way I’ll definitely come back!! Thanks!

Did work over a year ago and they refuse to pay their invoice. They acknowledge it but just wont pay it. Dont support companies that treat small businesses like this.

Rude staff. Guess i'm not the only one, and it shows from the previous reviews as well. I have no problem because I just won't buy anything, but it's not hard to show decent respect to your customers. Shame cause I like the products but rotten by a few bad apples.
