Very disappointing experience at Kiehl’s Metrotown. Christine provided incorrect information about the birthday reward policy and handled the situation very unprofessionally causing me unnecessary inconvenience. When I raised the issue with the store manager, there was not even an apology, just he said “I’ll talk to my team.” As a long-time Kiehl’s customer, I expected much better. Both Christine and the store manager seriously need better customer service training.
I’ve been a Kiehl’s client for years!! I recommend Kiehl’s to people all the time cuz I love the product and the customer service I’ve received, but I usually only go to the Robson location since it’s close to home. On Saturday, August 23rd at 4:26pm my sister went to the Metrotown location to pick up some Barrier Cream for my nephew. We happened to pass by the shop and decided to stop in. Riku gave both of us a skin analysis, which was much more detailed than I expected. I was really impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and patience. We learned a lot about our skin and received practical, personalized advice without feeling pressured to buy anything. I’ll definitely reach out to Riku once I finish my current skincare products. Highly recommend!

May 21,2026 - Metrotown Kiehl's The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by Rika, whose friendly attitude and positive energy immediately make you feel valued as a customer. Rika is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help, despite working alone. Rika did a skin analyst for my son without appointment. Rika discussed the diagnosis with us, made a few recommendations, wasn't pushy, make time to demonstrate how to use the product.
