Went in to buy my regular product and the male staff member asked what moisturizer I use. I told him “another brand, I’ve tried all of Kiehls, they make me break out.” He proceeded to tell me why I should use Kiehls. I politely tried to exit the convo twice… he kept trying to tell me I’m wrong. Finally I said “thanks for your time” and turned to leave. He responded by adding sample moisturizer to my bag (not the other sample I wanted). ?????????? They should teach staff to LISTEN to customers.
Terrible experience with dishonest sale staff!!! Today, I went to buy masks and toner. What I experienced was two staffs with poker faces. I asked the price of the product, they deceived me and told me the regular price. I asked are those products on promote? They said “no” to me!!! Then I asked them why those are 40% off in Richmond Centre. And I told them I just back from the one in Richmond Centre, they told me these are in summer sale with 40% off. I visited Kiehl’s on sat and had a great experience! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns before recommending any products. I appreciated how they didn’t push for sales but instead focused on what would actually work for me.But the girl who helped me to choose products did inform me about the ongoing sales which was Great as I ended up saving money. My wife always buy the products from this store as she said it was not sensitive for her skin, afterward she know the sale representative Priscilla who is helping her to choose the right products and always providing a great service, therefore I would recommend Priscilla for the customers who really want to buy the products that help to improve their skin.
