Poor customer service at Santa Anita Kiehl’s store. Made a substantial purchase to qualify for a complimentary service, made the appointment, watched the clerk write it down on the schedule, called to confirm, and now no one knows anything about it! After complaining to the manager, she offered to squeeze me in......no thanks to having a disgruntled clerk touch my face!
