Poor customer service at Santa Anita Kiehl’s store. Made a substantial purchase to qualify for a complimentary service, made the appointment, watched the clerk write it down on the schedule, called to confirm, and now no one knows anything about it! After complaining to the manager, she offered to squeeze me in......no thanks to having a disgruntled clerk touch my face!
I give it 3 stars only because I love their products their customer service is okay but the company policies and changing the rules is seeming to get very chintzy. If I found some other, line of products that were as good as kiehl's I would be gone .
