I had a wonderful surprise today when I stopped by to buy some moisturizer after having a 24 hour delay in Charlotte. Jessica was kind and helpful and even treated me to a mini facial which was refreshing and left my skin feeling great. I learned about some new products too!
I had the best experience today. I had a terrible day of flying, and I stopped by the Kiehls store for some moisturizer. Instead I was offered a quick mini facial and was introduced to a few new products. This was so relaxing and fun and just want I needed in a rough day
Jessica was super helpful! She walked me through each step. Gave me personal assistance with how to apply and remove facial products. Thanks. She is the manager of the airport location in Charlotte. I’d visit again.
Had a wonderful mini facial with terrific products and a very knowledgable esthetician Jessica. The product feels great on your skin there was no pressure to purchase. I have a bag full of new skin care and am excited to use. Definitely a great way to spend time on a layover Highly recommend
