Such an amazing team!! Ashley helped me and my friend understand our skin type and exactly what products work for us! Ended up purchasing a moisturizer in January, came back today and my natural moisture levels in my skin are soo much better. Ashley and the store manager are soo helpful and awesome! I had an unexpected overnight stay in CLT due to delays and misconnect and my checked bag with my skin care products could not be retrieved in time for my overnight stay. THe next day I arrived early for my flight and stopped in to the Kiehls store to look for some travel size eye & face creams. Jessica greeted me and asked how she could help. I had a wonderful surprise today when I stopped by to buy some moisturizer after having a 24 hour delay in Charlotte. Jessica was kind and helpful and even treated me to a mini facial which was refreshing and left my skin feeling great. I learned about some new products too!
I had the best experience today. I had a terrible day of flying, and I stopped by the Kiehls store for some moisturizer. Instead I was offered a quick mini facial and was introduced to a few new products. This was so relaxing and fun and just want I needed in a rough day
Jessica was super helpful! She walked me through each step. Gave me personal assistance with how to apply and remove facial products. Thanks. She is the manager of the airport location in Charlotte. I’d visit again.
