This is the worst company I have ever dealt with especially Jamie he said he was waiting for a part and he was on vacation very unreliable he had to fix it 3 to 4 times
Not what they use to be. Your paying extra for a name now. They charged 150.00 for a super capacitor that cost 16 dollars retail. Then 150.00 for diagnostic and labor. I understand they have to inflate the price some but 10 times the retail price on the capacitor is excessive. It was less than 200.00 with Pine Bluff heating and air when I got the capacitor replaced in the indoor unit.

My parents called on a Saturday because lightening messed their air conditioner up. The guy comes out, has to call his boss to make sure he knows what he is talking about, gets the information he needs and charges them $126. Then come Monday no one has called and when my parents called they said the guy lost the information they paid $126 for. After my parents gave them the information they had to order the part.
