I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was not friendly at all, I asked if they took my insurance and she said it was my responsibility to find out and to find out if I needed a referral. I understand if I need to do that, what I don’t understand is being rude to a potential new patient. I just said thank you and hung up. I don’t understand why offices want people with this kind of personality being a first impression for their business.
