I don't like writing negative reviews. I find that they're largely unhelpful and rarely warn customers about genuine problems with the business. It was a long waiting period to get everything done but okay otherwise.
I bought a car over 2 years ago from them. I had a fair credit score, and got into a nissan. Later, the CVT went out and had to get it replaced through warranty. My payments are high, and Iwas told that I could refinance it after a year. When it came time, I was told I could not refinance it because it was worth way less than what I owed.
