Communication sucks! Brought my car in on Wednesday, was told it would be ready Thursday, here it is Friday and now I have to go the weekend without my car. My service person says they will call back and call with updates, but I am the one making the calls. Very nice people to your face, but liars over the phone.
Dustin helped me with a quick fix I came in for and I was out in 30 seconds! Learned a couple new tricks for my Mazda in that time too
