I went here for scheduled 30K mile service after a multi state road trip, including camping on the Black Rock Desert Playa. Mazda not only completed all of the service in a timely manner, but when I picked up my car it was washed, vacuumed, and looked like I had never gotten it dusty on that trip! Made appt to have abelt replaced told approximately 1hr$200. 2hrs later rep came out w/list of things to replace. Inspection done I did not ask for nor wanted still belt not replaced. Appt at 9AM finished after 1 PM Not happy.

I brought my 2024 Mazda 3 in for service due to a vehicle warning light that came on. Paid $200 for them to do diagnostics. I was told that the active grille shutter on my car was 75% closed shut and that only 25% of it was open in one corner, and that this could result in overheating and potential engine damage. They quoted me an estimate of $2,400 to replace the active grille shutter ($1,100 for the part and $1,300 for labor).
