My experience at this service center was extremely disappointing. Over the course of more than a month, I received no proactive updates about my vehicle. I had to initiate every call myself just to get basic information. Jeff, the service advisor, showed little interest in assisting me or ensuring I was taken care of. The lack of communication and customer service made this the worst experience I’ve had with any service center.
I like that the new location is near several other shops. I can get things done while waiting for my my service to be complete
Best Kia Service Center in Oregon. I would recommend to anyone.
