This place should honestly be the standard for any auto body shop. I checked out five different shops in the area, and Kiefer Collision Center was the only one that actually gave me a printed quote with a real number on it. From start to finish, they provided A1 service and the best customer service I’ve ever had. They are prompt and thorough with their explanations and options for the repair such as a used part to match the age of the vehicle or a new part, allowing the customer to decide. The estimate was far less than others I received and they even provided a car wash before leaving the property. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.
I had a fantastic experience with this body shop after a hit-and-run left my bumper and rear quarter panel damaged. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing the damage, my car looks as good as new, and they also went above and beyond in helping me navigate the insurance process.
