Have been very disappointed in the build. Unapproved fees were added the build, and it was way behind schedule. The concrete garage floor was poured incorrectly, and immediately cracked. Tim told me that is normal for concrete to crack, and he would repair the problem. It has been over 18 months, and the floor is still cracked.

The Keifer builders were a great group of people who were very friendly and professional during the entire process. We are extremely happy with the home they built for us and the attention to detail to make it so special. We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship of the crew. They listened and responded to every request and really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so very much for our new home.
