I took my chainsaw to Kiefers. I thought it wasn't getting spark. Technician took me in the back and told me chainsaw was getting plenty of spark. Apparently was best not to put the chainsaw on choke to start it. He started it with one pull without the choke on. They could have kept it in the shop it and charged me to fix it, but they were honest and there was no charge for this service. Thanks a million for your honest service.
We are giving an extra year warranty on all Raptor series mowers, which include the Raptor, Raptor SD and Raptor Flip-up. The normal warranty for that is 3 year, 300 hour and now it is a 4 year warranty. Offer good to the end of September and cannot be combined with any other manufacturer offers and rebates
