I’ve been going to Kiefer Counseling for several years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Ashley has been there for me through some of the hardest times in my life and has always been supportive, patient, and understanding. I’ve never once felt judged, only cared for and truly heard. Not advised for mental health patients… I told 4 people here why i changed to this facility as a prior doctor made me feel like I was not a patient or person. This place made me feel much worse than that. I was not properly treated for panic disorder and general anxiety disorder here and they did the opposite of mental healing or healthcare. I called this counseling center to get help for a newly blended family. I wanted to touch base with a counselor prior to going to find out how to handle the situation. Our family members were divided as someone felt that was best and I was advised to make an appt for my step son first. called office on Tuesday March 18 left message with Leanne. she let me know within a day that she forwarded message to Gabby.Had not heard back that week. On Monday the 24th I called again Leanne got back to me the next day said she left message again with Gabbys' secretary.
