I called this counseling center to get help for a newly blended family. I wanted to touch base with a counselor prior to going to find out how to handle the situation. Our family members were divided as someone felt that was best and I was advised to make an appt for my step son first. I asked numerous times to speak to the therapist, Angel, prior so I could discuss our family situation. Never called back. My step son went to his first visit...still no call back. called office on Tuesday March 18 left message with Leanne. she let me know within a day that she forwarded message to Gabby.Had not heard back that week. On Monday the 24th I called again Leanne got back to me the next day said she left message again with Gabbys' secretary. Wednesday I received a call from secretary, said she was working remotely from home. Absolutely best care and compassion. I called here after I was dropped from therapy and was so worried I asked 3 times to make sure they could handle my level of care.
