I have gone to Kiefer for a few years and so has my mom. It is the most welcoming and comfortable place you can go to. I even have both my children there as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Shannon R. is an amazing therapist they makes me feel welcomed and makes me want to drive to actually come here. I would recommend them to anyone that asks I have had several therapists and they were iffy but Keifer is amazing but pop off Shannon R.!!😁
Not advised for mental patients who want to feel like they matter. This place made me feel much worse than I was prior to seeing them by what I thought was a psychiatrist and not an APRN. I’m not sure how they get away posing as a licensed specialist who took the time to get the degree for psychiatry. I wouldn’t trust a foot doctor for my head and this is what I feel this place does for mental healthcare as an APRN was able to act as this specialist that my insurance bills for that exact title. I’ve been going to Kiefer Counseling for several years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Ashley has been there for me through some of the hardest times in my life and has always been supportive, patient, and understanding. I’ve never once felt judged, only cared for and truly heard. The compassion and guidance I’ve received here have helped me grow so much as a person. Not advised for mental health patients… I told 4 people here why i changed to this facility as a prior doctor made me feel like I was not a patient or person. This place made me feel much worse than that. I was not properly treated for panic disorder and general anxiety disorder here and they did the opposite of mental healing or healthcare. I told them I have abandonment traumas and PTSD due to this and what would be the worst case scenario, which they made happen. I had medication that this “Doctor” for med management went... read more
