Just want to say he definitely helped me with all my legal questions and also keeping in contact with me weekly. James told me what the outcome would most likely be on my first court date. Even though I was nervous, he calmed my nerves through the entire process and I got the outcome that he told me earlier on. I highly recommend staying as far away from this joke as you possibly can! He will take your money and leave you hanging. He is currently being sued and has avoided being served for almost 3 weeks. He is a fraud and a fake!
At first Mr. Kiebal was very helpful and kept me informed. When I used him for custody issues, that all changed. At one point CPS stepped in and gave my child to me due to the mother's problems and you'd think this would be a good time to put in an ex parte motion. Mr. Kiebal told me there was nothing we could do until the CPS case was over. Years later I find out that's precisely when one is put in. Ignorance is bliss for attorneys. Left me completely high and dry with my child custody case which resulted in me losing invaluable time with my child and never even refunded me. Never filed papers, filed papers wrong and was always “ill”, on vacation and unavailable. This man is almost villainous.
