Bad Business, waits, Manager, and over all customer service. Horriable service "At the front counter and over the phone", No one who works there is in any kind of a hurry to help anyone, nore is anyone smart enough to answer any questions harder than what a fifth grader could aswer, The Manager is a know it all and he knows' nothing it's pretty funny how such a moron could actually keep a job there, I witnessed last year a huge blow out in the front counter with a customer and this seems to be about the same behavior every t... read more
KIE doesn't do installs for electrical or cabinetry or any installs at all, so not sure what previous review is about.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend them at all! They made all sorts of mistakes installing electric work and cabinetry in my home and refused to fix their mistakes. Worst of all, they treated me with complete disrespect and disregard. I had to get another company out to fix their sloppy mistakes!
Excellent product. But time and time again, wrong product received, high prices, wrong product and/or color received. Absolute last resort!
