Misleading hours online. Do not travel here late! We traveled all the way here with our kids because Google and their website state they close at 9:30 PM. However, when trying to enter tonight, staff told us the children must leave the floor by 8:45 PM. It is completely unfair to turn families away or cut playtime short by 45+ minutes just because staff want to close early. If your floor closes at 8:45 PM, update your public operating hours online so parents don't waste time and disappoint their kids! Highly unprofessional.
