This is the worst example of professionalism I have ever encountered. They refused service and reprimanded my daughter and I about teeth cleaning when you can’t even get an appointment in a respectful amount of time. My daughter brushes 2 times a day and she had a baby tooth barely hanging on and my daughter would not let me pull it. Keep in mind she is 8. Dentist said she will not be the bad guy and refused to do her job

Tried to overcharge insurance. 69 for hygiene instructions. To tell my son how to brush his teeth wild! Then he had 3 cavities and she said she didn't feel comfortable doing the work because 4 yrs prior my son was nervous and they referred him out. She recommended sedation for a filling of an 11 yr old. She definitely was upset I declined the extra charges and was rude. In addition they were doing xrays and didnt protect my son, I had to ask for the vest. She said it doesnt better yet walked a way feom the machine everytime ... read more
Terrible. Find another Pediatric Dentist. After 7 years they treated me horribly and refused to treat my daughter. They committed age discrimination to me, apparently I'm too old to have a child.
I recently moved my kids out of this dental office after about two years there. Unfortunately, we consistently experienced long wait times and some unusual interactions with the dentists. At our last visit, one dentist told me my daughter had two cavities but wouldn’t fill them because she was nervous about the suction tool (she’s 5), which felt really odd. Overall, the experiences just didn’t sit right with me. We’ve since switched to Smileworks Kids Dentistry in Sarasota and absolutely love them!
