Dr. Mounika Falemban, is so rude and unprofessional. Keep your babies away from this office and keep an eye on what she is charging for (she will over charge any chance she can get)
Very Disappointing Experience I have experienced several issues with this office and with Dr. Mounkia Falemban, yet I have always made an effort to remain kind and respectful throughout my children’s care. I have five children who have been seen at this practice, and unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. There have been visits where Dr. Falemban was kind and attentive, followed by visits where her communication came across as short or dismissive. First time we came here it was a bit longer than expected but we came back because we liked that both parents are able to sit with their child, as opposed to other places who refuse to let parents sit in the room. Today, I do not know what crawled up in the dentist that she was annoyed with us and telling us that only one person can stay and using hand gestures to communicate with us. This is the worst example of professionalism I have ever encountered. They refused service and reprimanded my daughter and I about teeth cleaning when you can’t even get an appointment in a respectful amount of time. My daughter brushes 2 times a day and she had a baby tooth barely hanging on and my daughter would not let me pull it. Keep in mind she is 8. Dentist said she will not be the bad guy and refused to do her job
Been taking my kids here for 6 years. Never had an issue! Great experience all around!
