We've had a lot of bad experiences here. From calling and there not being any providers on site, more than once. To being misdiagnosed. Referrals took more than 3 months to get, wrong medication was given. Andrea would come in, ask me what's wrong with the child, not even look over the child and just write a prescription for what I said the symptoms were. We'd wait so long in the room for Andrea to come back and she wouldn't even spend 5 minutes with us. All the other staff is great. But we aren't a fan of the Doctor. Very s... read more
Love this place.
Front desk are very rude. I have had 2 bad encounters with front desk so far for no reason. First time was when I walked in for my son's appointment and told her his name, she said you're late! I said no ma'am I am not im actaully early. She said no you're an hour late loudly infront of everyone in the room like she was hoping to embarrass me. I told her no my appointment is at 11am. Very rude place they was saying I was rude in which I wasn’t at all and the lady didn’t want to help me and hung up on me and then was saying I was being rude and all she kept doing was hanging up and saying nothing i can do for you like that’s not professional at all and they will lie to corporate so they don’t have to see your child I would not recommend this place to your child abc pediatric or another pediatrician would be your best choice
