I submitted time-sensitive forms as per doctor’s instructions. Reaching out to their office is not convenient. When I finally spoke with someone, I can’t help but notice the lack of urgency and professionalism on their end. I hate the feeling that my crucial job-related document rests on the hands of people who don’t recognize the importance and urgency of getting it done. Dr. Delgado is great, but I feel there’s a huge disconnect between great medical service and the patients bec of the middle men.

This group in a whole is the best pediatric Gastroenterology group in south Florida, especially Dr. Diego Diaz. My daughter Jaelynn is very medically complex and with the help and support of this group we found out her gastro system is her achilles heel make it mad and it sets everything off. With there expertise my daughter has thrived and is in perfect health. Highly recommend and their office staff is top notch they always are there for us.

I was disappointed with my experience at this office. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I waited over an hour before being seen. Additionally, the doctor’s bedside manner felt very dry and impersonal, which made the visit less comfortable than expected. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and a more welcoming approach would have greatly improved my experience.
