The doctors are attentive, shows compassion, and are quick acting. My daughter’s visits are always knowledgeable and I’m never left confused. There once was an issue with my daughter’s prescription at the pharmacy. The nurse called the pharmacy and remained on that call (because I was in a panic) until the issue was resolved. My daughter had been without her medication for a week and because of the nurse “called to action” approach, my daughter not only received her medication, but it was delivered to our home. After waiting for an hour and a half to be seen no one showed up. Multiple attempts to "see where the dr is" proved useless. I do not recommend this place unless you have unlimited time to wait.
The staff is amazing, friendly. Dr. Tano is the best, compassionate, friendly and a caring person
