My husband and I had a terrible experience with this group at the West Boca Medical Center NICU. It felt as if they took all our rights away as parents. Their neonatologists tried to intimidate us and did not respect our decisions for our child. I would never recommend someone to this medical group.
Baptist main NICU team at Kendall , went abone and Beyond caring for our little one and many other babies in need. Show extreme professionalism, and provided my family and I peace of mind while baby remained hospitalized. due to I got discharged first and baby had to stay in NICU. Loved the fact that someone was available at all hours of the day and night , like at 2am..to give brief report on baby. Special thanks to nurse Anabelle, Rosa, Christine, Monica and many others .
All of the nurses was so nice appreciate every one. They take care good of my baby
