My expectations were relatively low and this place did not hit them. Toys are old, there’s only one layer of balls in the ball pit, most rides were closed and the staff was generally not attentive. It did provide a safe, clean, padded space for my 20mo old to play, but toy options are limited and vibe is tired. Extra fees for any ride or game, and the ticket price is way too high for what you actually get, relative to some other places nearby.

The place is nice and clean, and the staff is very welcoming. We came in to play with a 2.10 year old. I probably had high expectations from this place, but I didn't liked the fact that they charge extra $5 for some in house facilities, such as the train and the carousel tree. Additionally, the music is a bit too loud, and the seats for the waiting parents could be much more accommodating. Lastly, the toys in the toddler area can at least have their batteries changed, as we did pay (a lot) to play there.
