We had our daughter’s 4th birthday here recently, and it was the Best birthday experience! They made the hosting so easy for me, and were so helpful and accommodating. Everyone, kids and adults, had a great time and the birthday girl still hadn’t stopped talking about it! Typical kiddie party place. In a warehouse atmosphere, but the kids don't care. Terrible acoustics including the machinery for the inflated stuff. Appears clean. Wish I'd known about the no-shoes rule. Kids were having a good time with the bounce house, etc.
I give most props to a place for kids. It would be great if they made sure they were tidy. I now know what may be going on so I prepare the best I can to not let those small issues take away from the experience. I also do my best not to add to. We have to be diligent in doing what we can to keep our children safe,as well as other children
I was there with my stepson and i watched as the owner of this placed yelled at a kid made her cry and was very rude and unprofessional another parent had it on camera and she said she was calling corporate to show the video and get the higher ups in charge the staff was rude but the owner to scream in a childs face then got rude with the parents yea i come here all the time but after seeing this i will NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN
Great place for kids under 10. It's fairly secure once you're in except theres 1 outside door through the party rooms. We've been to several parties and given 2 here. Spaces are a bit small but you're only in them for a short time and the kids have an absolute blast.
