Dr. Alas and her staff were excellent when I used their services at Valley Wide. Sorry to see Dr. Alas go but wish her the best in her new practice.
Today I got a tooth pulled. When she gave me the numbing shot I didn't even feel it and then they waited until I was completely numb before starting to pull my tooth. Best dentist I have seen ever. Definitely will go back.
I had two appointments here. The first one was okay. The second was awful! First of all, on arrival there was no formal check in at all, they didn’t even ask for my name, which felt strange to me. I had some anxiety (as a lot of people do at the dentist). As the appointment went on I felt more and more uneasy by the staff and the process and my anxiety got a lot worse.
