My child had a scheduled dental appointment that we fully intended to keep, as I have never missed a dental appointment for my kids or myself. The day prior, the office left me a voicemail stating that I had until 12:30 PM (a three-hour window) to call back or the appointments would be canceled. Fantastic waste of time and money. Charged full evaluation price for a very brief inspection of one tooth which resulted only in a recommendation to go elsewhere. Bizarre x ray process was performed ineptly, repeatedly and painfully. The requested service was not offered or even discussed.
