My husband and I were not very satisfied with the services provided by Kidwell & Associates. We submitted our paperwork to them in February and received no confirmation or information about when our taxes would be ready for signature. It wasn’t until we called at the beginning of April that they even began any work on it, as evidenced by some email questions they had.
